Creating a Positive Learning Environment is is divided into five sections:

• The Goals
• The Space
• The Station Rotation Model
• The Language
• The Organization
Each section of the google slideshow portrays how I have developed my learning environment into a space where positivity and child centered learning is of primary focus.

Entrant Bio(s)

Elana Kurtz has been teaching for the past 10 years. She holds a BA from Stern College in Early Childhood Education and a MS from Hunter College in Literacy Education. Elana taught preschool for two years before teaching elementary school. She has taught in Yaldaynu Preschool, Yeshivat Noam and currently teaches at RPRY in Edison, NJ where she is also an alumnus. Elana lives in Highland Park with her husband Elie and their children.
